1. The service
EduFee Pro provides school administration features including student records, fees, attendance, examinations, timetables, HR, payroll, portals, communication tools, reports, imports, exports and backups. Available features may evolve through updates and may depend on the selected configuration or third-party services.
2. Subscription and billing
The monthly plan is Rs 1,199 per month and is billed monthly. The yearly plan has an effective price of Rs 999 per month and is billed as Rs 11,988 per year. The yearly saving is Rs 2,400, approximately 17%, compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice.
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Setup and school responsibilities
The school must provide accurate setup information, review opening balances and imported data, configure academic years and fees correctly, and verify reports before relying on them. The school remains responsible for its academic, employment, tax, payroll, fee and regulatory decisions.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts may be used only by authorised school staff, teachers, parents and other approved users. The school must assign the correct roles, protect credentials and promptly deactivate people who no longer require access. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, misuse communications, violate privacy rights or use the software for unlawful activity.
5. School data and ownership
The school retains its rights in the records and content it enters. The school grants Shafi Technologies the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit that data to provide and support the service. EduFee Pro software, branding, interface and underlying code remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
6. Communications and third-party services
SMS, email, hosting, payment or other integrations may be supplied by third parties and can have separate fees, terms and availability. The school is responsible for recipients, consent, message accuracy and lawful communication. We are not responsible for a third-party provider’s outage, delivery decision or policy.
7. Availability, support and updates
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, hosting incidents, school hardware issues or third-party outages may temporarily affect access. Updates may change workflows where necessary for security, reliability or product improvement.
8. Backups and continuity
Schools should download regular backups and exports and store them securely outside the primary school computer. Backup and restore tools reduce risk but do not replace the school’s own continuity process. Restoration requests may require verification and technical assistance.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for overdue amounts, security threats, unlawful use, abuse of the service or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. After termination, the school should retrieve required exports promptly; continued retention is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
EduFee Pro is an administrative tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment or educational advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shafi Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by inaccurate school data, unauthorised credentials, third-party services or failure to maintain backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and governing principles
We may revise these terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be dated and may be communicated to subscribers. These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable laws of Pakistan; any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
