1. Acceptance of terms
These terms form an agreement between the subscribing business (“you”) and Shafi Technologies for access to Dukaan Retail ERP. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the software, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for the business.
2. Plans, billing and cancellation
The monthly plan is Rs 1,199 per month, billed monthly. The yearly plan is equivalent to Rs 999 per month and billed as Rs 11,988 yearly. Prices may be updated for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
You may cancel anytime by contacting us before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Demo and onboarding
The public demo is provided for evaluation and may contain sample data. Do not enter confidential, personal or production information into a shared demo. Any onboarding scope, data import or custom development not included in the standard subscription must be agreed separately.
4. Accounts and authorised users
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, assigning appropriate permissions and all activity under your accounts. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Access may be limited to protect the service while a security issue is investigated.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the software for lawful retail and business operations. You must not attempt to bypass security, access another customer’s data, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components, resell access without permission, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
6. Business data and compliance
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and required retention of data entered into the ERP. You must obtain any notices or consents needed for customer and employee information and maintain suitable exports or independent backups for critical records.
Tax rates, invoices, STRN/FBR details, PRA configuration and fiscal integrations are tools provided for your use. You remain responsible for correct configuration, filing, statutory compliance and advice from your accountant or tax professional. The software is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
7. Service, maintenance and support
We aim to provide a reliable service and may perform maintenance, security updates and feature changes. Availability can be affected by internet access, hosting, third-party integrations, hardware, electricity and events outside reasonable control. Support is available through the published telephone and WhatsApp channels.
8. Intellectual property
Dukaan Retail ERP, its interface, software, branding and documentation remain owned by Shafi Technologies or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the paid term. Your business data remains yours.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid charges, material breach, security threats, unlawful use or harm to the service or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Clauses that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Use of retail software involves operational judgment. Confirm prices, taxes, stock, cash totals and statutory submissions before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Shafi Technologies’ aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed subscription fees paid for the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through direct discussion. If it remains unresolved, it may be submitted to the courts having lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan.
