These Terms & Conditions govern access to Mobilix Mobile Shop Software and related website, demo, subscription and support services provided by Shafi Technologies.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Mobilix, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Mobilix for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. The service
Mobilix provides point-of-sale, inventory, purchasing, sales, customer credit, IMEI or serial tracking, expenses, reporting and related shop-management functionality. We may improve, modify or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption.
3. Accounts and authorised users
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials and assigning appropriate user roles. Actions performed through your account are treated as authorised unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The monthly plan is Rs 1,199 per month, billed monthly. The yearly plan is Rs 999 per month, billed as Rs 11,988 yearly. Current pricing is shown on the landing page and may be updated for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions provide access for the paid period. Charges already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops renewal but does not normally end access before the current paid period expires. You should export or back up information you need before your access ends.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Mobilix for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another customer’s data or disrupt the service.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except with written permission.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Your data and responsibilities
You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality and appropriate backup, and for obtaining any customer or employee permissions required by law. Reports and profit calculations depend on the information entered and should be reviewed before business, accounting or tax decisions.
8. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, hosting issues or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Support is provided through the channels and service levels offered with your plan.
9. Intellectual property
Mobilix, its design, software, branding and documentation remain the property of Shafi Technologies or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during the paid period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shafi Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by inaccurate entries, unauthorised account use or failure to maintain backups. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the subscription fees you paid during the preceding twelve months.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We may update them as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
